Two weeks into recovery from 5 level cervical spine surgery. It's not for the faint of heart. Couldn't sleep last night, so hard to her comfortable. I don't have a recliner or a hospital bed.
I finally took 2 gaberpentine(which I'll only take if I really have to)
I woke up vomiting 🤮 luckily I only had water in my stomach but, one more thing Mark had to clean up 😩 I was also having uncontrollable jerking $ movements all over. Hopefully only a side effects to meds. He got me more comfy and I fell back to sleep for a bit longer. Decided to move down stairs for awhile. Much cooler down here. Sitting against ice, I finally ate. The pain has basically been controllable not really too bad. Just overall uncomfortable. Still having some swallowing issues.
