We are now in the 12 days of Christmas countdown, and as such you deserve something special! Don't you love that He has a good ending in store for us?! That's why He came to us more than 2,000 years ago and why He will come again one day to restore the Earth. If you're in the middle of a hard season, know that Christ who suffered for you is with you in this moment and that if it's not good yet...it's not the end of your story or HIStory yet. We all have a part to play, and He's still writing yours!

Seven years ago today, Amanda wrote this modern parable when her son was born. At the time, she came across an article about a frankincense essential oil farmer who grew trees in his greenhouse in Arizona and helped them thrive by warming them with xmas lights. She thought this quirky article was too good to pass up and created a new modern xmas parable inspired by it!

The story was also inspired by her own "dark night of the soul", as her family journeyed through a medical difficulty with their firstborn child. Dedicated to her, this book shows us how the Good Farmer (God the Father) tends to the seed(s) in his care (us) and how He eventually works all things for the good to those that love Him.
