I believe wholeheartedly in coaching to behaviors rather than numbers, but understand the need to do both.

A candid conversation was needed today to start this month off on a better note. As I started the conversation I wanted to remind my team of their ability to be successful, of prior successes, and of current success. I try to pick the good out of the bad. There has to be some sun light shining through.

When coaching, we have to remember that though it is necessary and needed, we have to celebrate and discuss the wins as much as we do the loses. The good as much as bad. Then constructive criticism is well taken when needed.

I'm a firm believer in my favorite quote "No one cares how much you know, until they know how much you care". Show your people you care by the way you coach them, by holding them accountable, and by being their loudest cheerleaders!

In saying this, I am so proud of my team for receiving 100% satisfaction from all customers survyed! Team Douglasville you Rock! We are going to have an awesome May.

We were thrilled to celebrate with The Douglas Chamber of Commerce today for our 5th year Anniversary and Chamber membership! We look forward to this partnership supporting and promoting business for many more years!!

Our customers' joined in the celebration throughout the day with balloons and refreshments. We truly appreciate our customers! Special shoutout to our DM Will Dunford and Samsung representative Kim Ryder for kicking it with us. We appreciate you both!

Team Douglasville was up to the weekend opps challenge of 17 opps! 6 Friday, 5 Saturday, and 6 Sunday. Great leadership by Shomari Crawley and teamwork by Mdaige Fleurantin as I was off all 3 days. I am proud of you both.

The key to leadership is empowerment. It should never be about control, being the smartest, or the best. If your team feels motivated and empowered to give it the best they've got, it's a strong indication that you are doing your job as a leader!

OMGoosh!!! The New LG ThinkQ is awesome. Checkout some of the features demonstrated on the video below. We have touch screen, but now we have "TOUCHLESS SCREEN"! The camera features are AMAZING as well! The phone size is 6.1 which is not to big nor too little.

LG has gone all out with this device! It gets even better. Preorder now and its "FREE" (New Activation and Add-A-Lines) and It will be delivered in a few days (maybe next day)....not weeks! You can actually have it in hand before the actual launch date!!!

Almost 4 months ago I started over. I returned to work after 5 years. I took a position to see if I could return to work. To be honest, I felt that I was taking a few steps back. I knew I would always put my best foot forward. I am so glad I did. It feels good to be reminded of what you can.

Taking on a team that concentrated more on hourly pay and truly never expected any wins. It has been a fun challenge for me because dipping back to a salesperson (Manager) meant selling to me. I also love knowing where my competition stands, but I compete with myself because my goals are to sale as much as possible and not to the number allotted me.

I am so proud of our team. We exemplify TEAMANSHIP! Our entire team is excited about winning, selling, the customer experience, and operations.

We have done well the last few months, but this month we had so many wins for the team. District Numbers #1 in customer surveys #2 overall #1 Protection #444/1600 stores. I will take all of this!! So proud of my team that took the focus from having no customers, to making it happen. Opportunities and Post Paid through the roof. March was better than December. We will continue to grow in all areas.

The message is, GROW WHERE YOU ARE PLANTED! EVERYTHINGS ELSE WILL FALL IN PLACE!!
