From dreams to reality, we only deliver handcrafted quality craftsmanship to our clients. Next mockup will be this custom office desk! This massive desk comes in at over 10 foot long and will feature some very large and deep drawers!

It may also require some skill to fit these cabinets through a standard door 🤣

Do you mockup your cabinetry layout?

This custom designed layout will become a bank of cabinets for a walk in pantry in a new home build!

We always like to mock up our cabinets and layout prior to ordering doors and drawers. This allows for any last minute changes and catches any details missed during final CAD review.

Twas the night before Christmas,
And all through the shop,
the woodworker kept sanding, refusing to stop!
White oak on the bench, its grain catching the light,
Every detail perfected, long into the night

Why not save the biggest and best for last, right ? 🤣

Not only did we have to make a dozen 4” white oak butcher stair treads but we also had to make a 42” x 42” white oak intermediate stair landing!

This was quite the woodworking workout and glue up sprint using our clamp rack as this technically took not 1, not 2 but in total 6 glue ups to get to final dimensions. It started with 4 individual glued up stair treads, then we glued 3 of those treads together before adding the 4th tread to compete this beastly landing!

Now we must move this massive white oak butcherblock onto the for flattening, pocketing and final dimensions 💪🏼

Nothing to see here, just a dozen 4” butcher block white oak stair treads fresh off the flattening and squaring machine also known as our 🤣❤️

The next process will include pocketing each stair tread bottom to allow for a seamless recess into the floating staircase frame as well as surface pockets to ease in locating the hand rails.

We also stained and finished the hard maple lower cabinet and face frames using oil plus 2C in the color sapphire! 💚💙

We have had several folks reach out about our mobile DJ cabinet so we wanted to share a few more photos of exactly how the equipment will layout. Here are a few examples of everything will fit before we start building the black walnut top!

Legacy Aerospace Cabinet Series: Variant 8 of 9. This specific unit was custom designed and precision crafted for managing aircraft interior sub-assemblies. Built to enhance visual management while on the factory floor, ensuring organized workflows and efficient assembly of critical aerospace components.

This is another example of how our solutions solve real-world aerospace applications. This full series of cabinets were designed and built in our old workshop too. It’s been refreshing to look back and see how far we have come!

Earlier this year, we took a wild marketplace safari down south and unearthed this giant 12’ clamp rack. It’s made its way to the shop, and turns out, moving it was just the easy part!

Next we will share just how valuable it has been to our workflow!
