At Space Coast Weddings, we’re all about creating a celebration that’s as fun, elegant, and unforgettable as your love story. While every wedding is unique, there are a few common requests we’ve seen that can unintentionally take away from the entertainment value and energy of the night. Here are some tips to keep the party flowing and your guests engaged:

🎤 Keep Introductions Personal & Exciting
Instead of introducing everyone as a group, introducing your wedding party in pairs (or even individually) keeps the energy high and gives each person their moment to shine!

🎶 Save the Best Song for YOU
We love a good entrance song—but when the same song is used for both the bridal party and the couple, it can make the bride and groom’s grand entrance feel less impactful. Make it yours. Set the tone with something bold, romantic, or just plain fun!

📋 Let Your Formalities Breathe
Doing all of your formalities back-to-back might feel efficient—but it can actually make those moments feel rushed. Spacing them out allows each special event (like the first dance, parent dances, or cake cutting) to have its own spotlight.

🥂 Time Your Toasts Wisely
We recommend doing toasts before dinner service. Once plates hit the table, guests naturally focus on eating, chatting, or heading to the bar. Timing your toasts earlier helps ensure everyone is tuned in to the heartfelt words being shared.

🍰 Don’t Hide the Cake Cutting
A private cake cutting can remove a fun, interactive moment from the reception. Done right, this tradition can be sweet, engaging, and a great photo op for all your guests to enjoy!

🕺 Stay in the Moment
When the bride and groom step out mid-reception, it can create a lull and confuse guests. The best receptions happen when the couple stays present and connected with their guests—it keeps the vibe strong all night!

The Daddy Daughter Dance is Almost Here — and It’s Going to Be Unforgettable!

VIP Experience (6–9 PM) – $75 per person

• Limo ride from a VIP parking location in Viera to the venue
• Red carpet entrance with professional portraits
• Early access to the party

Standard Admission (7–9 PM) – $40 per person
