The Fur Traders & Spokane Indians Historical Tour was a smashing hit! We visited Overland Park, Drumheller Springs Park, and the Painted Rocks. We ended our tour with lunches provided by Christ's Kitchen at the Spokane House Interpretive Center where we listened to an awesome talk by Kara, watched a good video on the history of the house and the significance of the beaver pelts. With a really great group of 24 from the PNW Society for Range Management, we learned so much while wearing our authentic animal-skin hats. It was a beautiful day spending time in the Riverside State Park. ToursNspire Magazine
