Back in October, Fu-Ki Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi Bar reached out to OTG with one clear goal:
to get back to the sales volume and foot traffic they were accustomed to.
Like many businesses, they were seeing a slight dip in both sales and customer countโand they knew it was time to take action.
