Tonight I went for something a little simple and vegetarian to boot! Roasted some broccolini in a mixture of avocado oil, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, and pepper. Topped with extra parm and toasted pine nuts, this dish was gone in less than 10 minutes!

Lunch vibes ft. bagels, and a blackberry cream cheese schmear with blackberries. Excuse me while I squeal of happiness...

Throwing it back to the day I manifested this blog— seared sea scallop over squid ink linguine tossed with Calabrian chile oil, then a perfect medium rare filet topped by a bourbon and peppercorn cream sauce.

Life and work have been so busy, but grateful to have a calm couple of months to create enough content to get me through this years busy season!
