Deadsville Productions and NECRO FX Launch Seed&Spark Crowdfunding for Ultra-Gory Holiday Slasher HOPPY KILLMORE
Philadelphia, PA — 11/27/2025 — Deadsville Productions has teamed up with NECRO FX and officially launched their Seed&Spark crowdfunding campaign for HOPPY KILLMORE, an ultra-gory dark-comedy slasher that introduces horror fans to a brand-new 80s-style holiday villain: a sadistic, hulking man in a deranged Easter Bunny costume. The short film blends outrageous gore, retro VHS-era grit, and pitch-black humor to “birth” the next iconic seasonal slasher.
Leading the cast is Mark Haynes as the titular killer HOPPY KILLMORE, fresh off his appearance as Player 4 in STREAM. Joining him is horror royalty Beatrice Boepple, best known as Amanda Krueger in A Nightmare on Elm Street 5: The Dream Child. In a twisted meta-nod to her horror legacy, Boepple plays Momma Killmore — the mother who once gave the world Freddy Krueger, and now “delivers” a new nightmare for a new generation of fans.
Also starring are Ashleigh Amberlynn (Night of the Dead Sorority Babes) and Sierra E. Leshae, expanding the film’s ensemble of fresh and familiar genre talent.
HOPPY KILLMORE is written and directed by stuntman-turned-filmmaker Ronin James Greene, creator of the award-winning cult short Amityville Barbi vs the Evil Dead-Os. Greene brings his signature blend of outrageous practical effects, kinetic stunt choreography, and camp-soaked horror to craft a blood-splattered Easter experience like no other.

The crowdfunding campaign runs now through December 26, 2025, giving horror fans until the day after Christmas to help “give birth” to the genre’s next holiday icon.
