Follow this checklist to maximize your club’s presence and impact:
Include a short write‑up describing highlights.
Send photos named by class or dog.
Ensure handwriting is legible on the form.

1. **Typed Results**: This is the fastest way to guarantee publication and accuracy. Just include the dog class, number of entries, judges, and placements, then email it to us at [email protected]. Easy peasy!

2. **Photograph the Field Trial Form**: Prefer a more visual approach? Snap a clear photo of your filled-out form, lay it flat, and fill the frame to ensure every word is readable.

3. **Mail a Hard Copy**: If digital submission isn’t possible, mailing a hard copy is a reliable fallback.
