Party ribs flight… yeah we not playing fair anymore 🔥

Took a full rack, trimmed it St. Louis style, then went crazy and b***d ‘em out 👀

3 flavors, 3 vibes:
BBQ Butter 🧈
Sweet Preacher 🍯
Honey Garlic 🧄

Smoked at 260 for 3 hours, flipped halfway like a pro… then sauced ‘em up and sent ‘em to flavor heaven 🤤

Blues Hog, Sweet Baby Ray’s + brown sugar, and Kinder’s hickory brown sugar… every bite hitting DIFFERENT

Oh and don’t sleep on the potato slayer roasted babies on the side 😤

These ribs so good I’m already mad they gone 😂

Twice baked, steak stuffed potato skins. Lemme tell ya 🥔🥩🔥

Started with a TriTip, hit it with that W Sauce, then loaded it up heavy with Cowboy Butter 🤌

Pulled out the potatoes, fried the shells then whipped the insides with heavy cream + Vampire Killer 🧄

Now the cheese…
Colby Jack, sharp cheddar, mozzarella, Boursin… melted down with cream and that double garlic…

I’m telling you now… THIS CHEESE GOT NO BUSINESS BEING THIS GOOD 😮‍🔥🧀

Stuffed ‘em, loaded ‘em with that juicy TriTip, drenched everything in that cheese sauce…

Yeah… these didn’t stand a chance 💀🔥

The family been on me nonstop… “when you makin them smoked Cheez-Its again?!” 😅 so you already know I had to run it back.
Took some Cheez-Its, hit ‘em with that Chicago Packing Wagyu beef tallow as the binder 🔥 then me and the kids went CRAZY with it—one batch got that Heath Riles Garlic Butter, the other got that sweet Honey Rub. Straight to the smoker at 300° for about an hour. Don’t forget to mix ‘em up or you’ll be eating charcoal real quick 😂

I’m tellin you… these are TOO easy and TOO good. Perfect snack, and even better when the whole fam gets involved 💯

My ninja SLUSHi might just be one of my favorite kitchen gadgets right now. I’m not saying you need one to be happy… but I’m definitely happier with one than without 😏

Ran it with my go to strawberry kiwi juice you can grab at Meijer and it did NOT disappoint.
