NO WATER TODAY!!!

A message from the City of Colorado City. There has been another 16” main break and the city will be without water today. Once the tower is drained, there will be no water until it is repaired. A Code Red cannot be issued because that system was hacked on Friday and is still not working as of now. Please share.
