B-the comfort zone feels nice and warm.

What don't I know, and how can I get better?

Because I don't really vibe with this person, I'm going to pass up the chance to level up.

Always in student mode to find another nugget to help make moves and improve how we serve others.

As you're doing what you're doing, what's the intention for what you do?

There's always a chance to improve, bit it's a matter of what you want to accomplish and bring to others. This an individual thing that requires you to look internally.

Grateful for the class led by Sean Cannell with Think Media. Some great nuggets and busting myths that hold others back from getting full potential from YouTube.

We ended up winning the below kit, which had been some items we've been discussing needing for our podcast/recording space. Excited to receive our kit to start leveling up what we're creating to impact our tribe.

You either stay ahead of the gap or wait for things to settle than try to jump the gap to stay ahead. This can be difficult for many as that requires to push past the comfort zone that holds many back.

What may have helped you get to your current level, may not be what gets you to the next level. Things adjust and become outdated, so are you really staying ahead of everyone else?

As Manuj Aggarwal highlighted within the episode, what would it mean for what you or your company could do if you had the top 1% from a prestigious university helping to improve your workflow or thought process? Understand you're only one person, but being able to gain an advantage from gathering the perspective of others in a short amount of time.

Understand you're not for everyone, which is a great thing. You ought to think of ways to protect your energy, and understand not everyone will fit.

Most are quick to jump on an opportunity to help others, but many times you're staying surface level.

What happens if you say you can help without understanding what the true root is, and then you have to back out because you're not the ideal fit? Do you have the relationships with others to guide the person to if you're not able to truly help the other person?

If you sound like everyone, how are you going to stand out to truly connect with those you're supposed to?

You ought to figure a way to stand out and not just be "another". You'll truly thank yourself if you're able to truly figure this out.

There's always an opportunity, but it depends on the perspective and mindset you hold. If you look for the "bad" or "negative", these terms are subjective, you'll find what you focus upon. The starting point that we all must work on and build is the internal aspect of our belief system and thoughts. If this isn't worked upon, best of luck on getting any forward momentum.

As your anchor point, this is where you'll return to the anchor point that you have developed. This is a journey each of us must travel, but are you going to embrace that which is your's? You're only one person, so this also plays into the circle you hold.

Most have heard it before of you'll become the 6th of the 5 closest you hold in a certain circle. You may have to cut relationships, but how bad do you want what you speak or dream of?

The choices you make are on you, but where do you want to be at the end of the day or when you may have to sort through the regret you may have?

1% can be such a unique aspect to think about. You here it spoken of getting 1% better every day, which comes down to making the choice for yourself. What results do you want to create or what regret will you face on your death bed?

When you think about your day, 1% is 15 minutes. A quarter of an hour, and not much to really think about. Losing 15 minutes may not be major, while some may stress that every minute if the day isn't filled.

15 minutes to create a piece of content that someone needs, but if you let the judge get in the way you miss out on truly impacting someone else that needs your message. It doesn't have to be "perfect", as there isn't truly anything perfect, but put your message out there and let the value find someone that needs it.

Time to start creating content and doing the damn thing. Stop being your own anchor, and start producing. Let's go 🤙!

Marketing=sales

You've got to marry S.A.M-Pete Vargas

The situation many run into is that they have a product everyone needs or the best product, that everyone will come and discover it. Just like the idea of "build it and they will come", this idea actually hurts you and drives down your business that will cause you to have to potentially give up your business because it's dying off.

The unique thing is to see the laziness some take when marketing their products or services, because they fear what if others thinking I'm to far out there by constantly sharing what it is I offer. It's your duty to ensure people know what you do and that you're your biggest cheerleader. No one else will be your biggest advocate than just yourself.

Maria Forleo brought this fastball with the quote you're stealing from those that need what you have if you don't market properly. Know exactly what you're selling and who you're selling to.

You either love me or hate me, as there is no in-between. You have to stop trying to appease everyone as you'll get nowhere. Do the damn thing and let's go 🤙!

Small beginnings can create a huge foundation to be built upon for the future. It's about loving the journey instead of focusing on the destination, as the destination could adjust which throws a wrinkle into people's plans as the pivot may not be welcomed like it should. Understand the power of putting action with knowledge, but many will try to take in as much knowledge as possible without taking an action. We've honestly have complicated a lot of things, which has caused us to develop an anchor to slow the progress. IN the long run that slow down was needed as it caused us to develop what was needed to be ready to embrace the next level while having the skills and resources to help our clients achieve more for themselves while we walk along side each of them on their journey.

Thank you everyone for your support and allowing us to be part of your journey. Life is the ultimate team sport, as we each are only one person that can only do so much on our own as a result of our experiences and perspective. To achieve great things will require the coming together of many as it lightens the load each of us carry. We truly are excited to walk with others to see what they achieve and to create the life desired by each individual. We can only want it for someone else, but the action taken by the individual will determine the results achieved.

Even if your only 70% ready, take the action and understand the percentage will increase as action is taken. To many want to wait until it's 100%, but by the time you hit that percentage it's game over. The time is now and remember action takers get rewarded.
