I hardcore SOBBED during Exodus (IYKYK) and didn’t realize how much I would be affected (and relate) to this book/story. I’m not sure if I’m ready to travel back down memory lane...

📖 Seventeen Minutes By

📚 The Narcissus & Echo Series

The Echoist, which was a FANTASTIC book - was another one that dug up all kinds of memories and emotions. I have been sitting on this one for what feels like forever. I want to read it so bad, I just know I need to make sure I’m in the right mindset.

📚 Boys of Tommen Series By

I have heard nothing but high praise and recommendations for this series. I’ve also heard that it’s emotionally gut wrenching. Bits and pieces about it that I’ve heard or seen around, I’m not ready - and I know I’ll likely disappear and devour the entire series when I start.

Don’t get me wrong...

I love an emotional, intense, heartbreaking book as much as the next reader. I’d just like to say that over the years, I’ve started to pay more attention to the books/stories that put me in a headspace that maybe isn’t the healthiest for me at the time. I will read them, I’m excited to - I just have to wait until I can handle it.

I'm pretty sure I blew through this series quicker than a back alley s3x worker 🤣. Listened to it all on audio while following along in ebook. Narration team here was amazing. Highly recommend.

This series could be your next read if you love why-choose, salem witchy backstory, secret society, forbidden, dark romance, burn the world down for you vibes with a (big) splash of religious cultiness and SO.MANY.SECRETS.
