We sold out of meals early this week at the storefront!!!

We will be closed the rest of today and tomorrow and utilizing this time for some much needed restocks.

I’ll be increasing the amount of meals at the store next week but the best way to ensure you have the meals you need throughout the week is to place a pre-order!

Head to our website and be sure to order before Saturday at 5pm!

While it may look a little different, the process of ordering is still the same.
We wanted to be able to bring you more information about how everything works AND continue to make it easy week to week!

Happy Thanksgiving!! I hope you all had a wonderful day enjoying food and family time!

For those of you that are new to my page, I thought I would reintroduce myself to put a face behind the yummy meals I get to make you all!

My name is Brandi and I am the owner and chef at Balanced Journey Nutrition.

I have always had an immense passion for health and wellness. Meal prepping helped me stay on track while maintaining multiple jobs and an incredibly busy schedule. I knew others were experiencing that struggle and could really benefit from a service like mine so I jumped into my business May of 2020. I’m so happy to still be going strong after many ups and downs of course!

I have two teenage daughters so when I am not at the kitchen or bartending, you can find us fully enjoying all of the wonderful things Colorado has to offer, especially during the summer when pool days are priority. We love spending time with friends and family, building wonderful memories and discovering new places to shop and eat. We love supporting other local businesses!

I can’t ever say enough how grateful I am for all of my meal prep clients and the continued support. I am so happy to provide a service that can truly help ease even a little bit of stress in your lives because we all know there’s enough in life as it is!
