Folks if you have an elderly parent who is still living in their own home and living on their own investments and pensions, YOU NEED TO LISTEN TO THIS!

In this telephone interview, I am speaking with Dr. Rob Sarhan. In 2003 Sarhan's widowed mother was living comfortably in her own home in Miami. Sarhan's brother, who was charged with her care, was actually stealing from her, so Dr. Sarhan intervened by hiring an attorney to remove the brother as guardian. This action resulted in the court appointing a professional guardian. You'd think the court would have entrusted the mother into the care of Dr. Sarhan, right? But no. The professional guardian showed up at the mom's home with a court order for her to pack her stuff and go with the guardian to a retirement home. SHE WAS FORCED OUT OF HER HOME. KIDNAPPED. 7 years later she died in that facility after they had stolen her entire estate.

Dr. Sarhan calls this scheme "isolate, medicate and get the estate"

As we open the recording, you will hear Dr. Sarhan tell about the case of an affluent Black woman named Ella Card. The court appointed a guardian for the widow. But before they could take her away, Sarhan instructed her daughter to move her to another state immediately. Probably saved her life.

Got my first Skype interview in the can. Had the pleasure of interviewing Dr. Glen T. Martin, President of the World Constitution and Parliament Association. He was great.

For me, technically it was ... a learning experience. OK, I need an additional app that sorta grafts itself to Skype in order to automatically record calls and get both sides of the audio. So I downloaded the trial version of the program. I know, you're about to throw tomatoes now, and you'd be right. Thing is, the trial version only allows 5 min calls per session. I said WHOA this isn't gonna work, so I bought the license. Got the receipt for the license. But didn't get the license number. CARUMBA! Waited waited waited ... waited. Not in my email.

So I used my screenshot software to record the Skype call, and of course, it didn't get my side of the audio.

But, you know what? Dr. Marten was so compelling and insightful, he's the star. So when I get the video produced ... and I'm leaving the rough start in the video, because I liked Dr. Martin's opening remarks.

The first 5 minutes of video has reverb issues on Glen's side. But then, it was the trial version. PS - the license number was in my spam folder.

I'll be putting the promo out in the next few days.
