This Saturday, September 19th, we’ll be set up at the annual Landlocked Art Show held at Think Tank Tattoo

Landlocked is put together every year by our good friend SkyJamesTattoos and brings together flash paintings from tattooers all across Colorado. This year marks 12 years. Last year’s show was incredible, and we can’t wait to see what everyone has created for this year.

We’ll be bringing out a selection of vintage tattoo flash from our collection to display at the show. We will also have a booth full of books and other YBP goods, all at special discounted prices for the event.

One of the questions we get asked most often is whether Yellow Beak Press has a storefront here in Colorado. The answer is no. We’re a small two-person operation that works out of a warehouse and our garage, so we’ve never had a retail space of our own.

That’s why we’re excited to share that Mountain Standard Goods will now be carrying a selection of Yellow Beak Press items. If you’ve ever wanted to see some of our books and products in person, this is a great opportunity to do it while supporting a local business.

Mountain Standard Goods has locations in both Colorado Springs and Denver, and they’ve put together a really thoughtful collection of goods from independent makers and brands. They’re great people with a great store, and we’re honored to be included.
