5 days sober today, feels like I'm scratching for life. Nothing feels good not hunger, nor a full plate of food. Longing for something to look forward to, some kind of purpose which is almost elusive this early in this process.

4 days sober today. Not feeling super positive, feeling more lost than anything. In a place, I really don't know anybody or anything about. I think I've had 4 conscious hours today. About to go back down for the night.
