It is appalling and infuriating when Headmasters/Headmistresses of your senior high school try to find ways of extorting money from parents.
Why are the teachers and invigilators of Toase Senior High School demanding 30 and 40 cedis from WASSCE candidates, all in the name of conducting friendly invigilation? If a student refuses to pay these illegal monies, the teachers take their questions and answer booklets from them and refuse to allow them to write their exams for several minutes as a punishment. You do this to a 16, 17-year-old student who is already traumatized by the exams?
On top of that, each student must also pay 20 cedis to their subject teachers as an appreciation donation. What is going on? It looks like FSHS came to benefit teachers and not parents.
