Check out our host Sticks on Women's Issues, Women's Voices Monday the 12th at 7pm on KOPN 89.5 FM

This month, we are adding two more hosts to the WIWV line up!

This week, Iysha La'Shaye Jackson, will debut with her offering, Blacktop, on WIWV.
Professionally known as Sticks, she is a Missourian by transplant from Memphis, Tennessee.
She works in the world of college sports as an affiliate strategy- coordinator and board operator for Learfield. Sticks, also, moonlights as a voice over actor.
The belief that young women should be afforded the same opportunity to learn media training, receive encouragement in the sports arena, and share their passion for sport with their community has lead to the creation of The Blacktop. This show, airing regularly during WIWV, will focus on women's sports, specifically, highlighting the up and coming talent of female athletes in the mid missouri area. The Blacktop will air its' first episode on Monday, February 12, 2024.

Say Hello to the latest hosts of Women's Issues, Women's Voices. Scout and Sticks will be joining the WIWV team of hosts to bring you live episodes Mondays at 7pm on KOPN 89.5 FM. Join Sticks on February 12th at 7 pm for a new episode of WIWV, and then come back February 19th at 7 pm for a new episode with Scout!

Don't worry POCket Change fans, we aren't going anywhere the show will go on! We are working on some changes that will bring more regular episodes! Looking forward to entertaining you!
