A little piece of Hampshire has officially changed hands! 🌾

Thankful to have worked on this deal with my aunt and uncle, Rhonda and Lil Billy. I look forward to every transaction I get to work on with him because I know I’ll leave with another one of those “nuggets” about life, business, or family that my Granddaddy, Billy Carroll, passed down to him.

Some of the best parts of this job have nothing to do with real estate. It’s the conversations, the family history, and the little pieces of wisdom that stay with you long after the closing table.

I have no doubt my Granddaddy had a hand in us sitting at that closing table on the 23rd anniversary of his passing. His way of saying, "Dry it up and carry on with business!" 🤍

Taylor & Lauren, along with their daughters Adi & WillieMae, are pleased to announce that their chapter on Golf Club Road is officially CLOSED!

I won’t bore you with all the details of just how stressful this deal was at times, but what matters is we made it to the closing table, and I hope they know I chose to "ride at dawn" every day on their behalf. Any of my Realtor friends will tell you that the deals involving close friends and family somehow always seem to be the ones riddled with hiccups completely beyond my control, their control, or anything to do with the house itself.

But here’s what I will share…

Lauren and Taylor fight like hell every single day to build a good life for their two little girls. And while this chapter has officially closed, the next one is much bigger, pretty dang exciting, and definitely their story to tell very soon.

I am beyond privileged to do what I do every day, but even more than that, I’m grateful to be trusted and chosen to represent people who are so much more than clients.
