Today, I would like to focus on Men's Health Month, to raise awareness about preventable health problems and encourage early detection and treatment of diseases. It emphasizes the importance of regular physical exams, mental well-being, and healthy lifestyle choices for men and boys of all ages.

•Mental Health: Men have significantly higher su***de rates and often face immense pressure to hide emotional struggles.
•Cancer Risks: Prostate and testicular cancers are highly treatable when caught early through routine screenings.
