Good morning! High pressure centered over the Deep South moves a little closer to us today, keeping control of our forecast. This means we’ll have skies full of sunshine from start to finish.

Due to the orientation of this high, we’ll have a southwest wind that ushers warmer air into the Midlands. Highs today will reach the mid-60s!

We’ll be breezy at times as well, with a few gusts of 20-30 MPH. Because of this, a Lake Wind Advisory has been issued by the National Weather Service until 7 PM.
