🎃 Pumpkin Deviled Eggs — The Cutest Fall Appetizer! 🍂
Every year when the weather cools and the evenings get cozy, I love making something simple yet festive to share. These pumpkin deviled eggs started as a fun way to dress up a classic, and now a go-to for fall entertaining — from casual get-togethers to Thanksgiving and Friendsgiving. They’re creamy, a little spicy, and always spark a “how did you make these?!” moment. ✨️
Ingredients
◾️ 6 large eggs
◾️ ¼ cup mayonnaise
◾️ 1 tsp Dijon mustard
◾️ ½ tsp distilled white vinegar
◾️ Dash of hot sauce (to taste)
◾️ ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
◾️ ½ tsp paprika (plus more for finishing)
◾️ 2 fresh chives, cut into twelve ⅓-inch pieces
Directions
1️⃣ Boil eggs 10-12 min, transfer to ice bath, peel.
2️⃣ Halve eggs; scoop yolks into a bowl.
3️⃣ Mash yolks with mayo, mustard, vinegar, hot sauce & pepper until smooth/fluffy.
4️⃣ Pipe or spoon into whites, wet a finger to smooth tops, then use a toothpick to create pumpkin-like ridges.
5️⃣ Dust with paprika and finish with a tiny chive stem.
