Just finished Chapter 10 of “Atomic Habits” by James Clear, and wow! 🤯 The chapter dives into the importance of keeping habits easy and the impact of environment on our behavior.

It’s amazing how small changes in our surroundings can lead to big shifts in our daily routines. 🏡✨

Mr. Clear emphasizes that making good habits easier to start and bad habits harder to continue can set us up for success! Let’s all take a moment to assess our environments and think about how we can optimize them for better habits.
