I made coleslaw for supper tonight and added a tablespoon of my homemade applecider vinegar to it. The slaw has a wonderful flavor.
Coleslaw recipe:
1 bag coleslaw mix
1 cup of mayo
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons organic sugar
3 tablespoons yellow mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together and pour over slaw and mix well. Refrigerate.

Out of cream of chicken soup? No worries, just make your own.
3 tablespoons of salted butter
3 tablespoons of all purpose flour
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 cup chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste.
I omitted the salt.
Melt butter and add flour. Mix well.
Then add your broth and milk, stir until it thickens.
Then I added it to my chicken and rice casserole.
