Welcome back! We hope you had a safe, fun, and restful summer. We are very excited for this semester and for you to join us!

We are hosting an interest meeting for incoming students to learn more about BSS on Monday, August 23rd at 5:30pm, in Studio Theatre. Returning members should feel free to come and invite friends; we would love to see you! This is also an opportunity to learn about dues and how to receive a BSS shirt.

On Wednesday April 21st, Maestro Roderick Cox, who’s also a Schwob alumnus, will be joining the BSS for a conversation about his life as a professional conductor and musician. The event will be held over Zoom at 5:30 pm, so mark your calendars! We are so excited to have him join us 😀

The Black Schwob Society mourns the tragic loss of life that took place in our state this week. We condemn the rise in anti-Asian attacks as well as hateful rhetoric and actions of any kind. We stand in solidarity with our Asian, Asian-American, and Pacific Islander community.

The CSU Diversity Forum began with the goal was to create a platform to engage the Columbus community and CSU in serious, and sometimes difficult dialogue concerning issues of diversity, poverty, and inequality.
