Before you head out with your ghosts and goblins, I wanted to share a few safety reminders and local trick‑or‑treat times so everyone can enjoy a fun and worry‑free evening.

🎃 Local Trick‑or‑Treat Hours

Columbus, GA: The city recommends trick‑or‑treating from 5 PM to 8 PM on October 31st.

Phenix City, AL: Trick‑or‑treat runs 6 PM to 8 PM on October 31st; local police will have extra patrols to keep families safe.

Fort Benning / Chattahoochee County: On‑post neighborhoods traditionally observe trick‑or‑treat from 6 PM to 8 PM (check base announcements for confirmation).

If your neighborhood isn’t listed, check your city or county’s website for official times—these are just general guidelines.

🧡 Safety Tips

Local safety officials remind us that visibility is key and supervision is essential:

Be seen: Add reflective tape to costumes or give kids glow sticks and flashlights.

Short & safe costumes: Make sure costumes aren’t so long that children trip; avoid masks that block vision.

Stay aware: Parents should watch children as they approach each door and wrap up before it gets too dark.

Hey friends, quick story time!
So you see me over here making these holiday treat bags for my neighborhood 🎃🍬 but of course… I procrastinated 😅 and didn’t get all my materials in time. I finally got them done yesterday — yes, the day before Halloween — but hey, better late than never, right?! 👻

Inside each bag I added a little treat pack with candy and a snack, attached my business card, tucked in a market report for our local area 📈, and even threw in a little light-up device for the kiddos for Halloween night! 💡✨

Hey friends, this is my sweet fur baby, AJ 💙🐾
Today was a hard day — I had to take him to the vet because he wasn’t feeling well. I was really hoping it wasn’t anything serious, but we found out he has a tumor on his bladder. 💔

My heart is heavy, but we’re staying positive and praying his medication helps shrink it. 🙏🏾
