We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment. BOOKINGS: When booking on my website, please note that there will be a waiting period until I confirm your appointment. You will receive a text message or email letting you know if I have accepted or declined your appointment. This is because the time you have chosen may not be available, or I may be attending to another client or be absent due to illness. Please be sure to read all policies when making your booking. NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS/ADVANCE PAYMENTS:
A deposit is required immediately after booking, either by texting me or through my page. I will then send you an invoice for the deposit to confirm your appointment. This deposit guarantees that your booking is serious and will be deducted from the total cost of the services booked. Depending on the services you book, deposits range from $20 to $50. If the deposit is not made within the specified timeframe, you will lose your appointment. Please note that all deposits are
non-refundable, unless

PREPAYMENT: When booking on the Square website, payment of half of the selected service is required. This is due to a missed deposit, a no-show, or failure to cancel or reschedule within the required timeframe. I must accept or decline your appointment before your card is charged through the website. RESCHEDULING, DELAYS, AND CANCELLATIONS: Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. If you paid a deposit or prepayment, you will only be charged the deposit amount and can use it once to reschedule your next appointment. If you cancel, you will forfeit your deposit. DELAYS: You have a 15-minute grace period if you are late on the day of your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late,
you will be charged $25.00, and your appointment will be automatically canceled. An additional deposit will be required to book another appointment. CANCELLATIONS:
If you decide to cancel your appointment on the same day or the day before your scheduled appointment,
you will automatically forfeit your deposit. This applies to cancellations via text message, Facebook, or through the website.

We accept all payment methods. Debit/credit card transactions incur a $3.80 fee. DEPOSITS: If you live in the Columbus, Indiana area and wish to pay in cash,
we can arrange a meeting. Deposits can be made via Zelle (availability varies by bank) and Venmo. Debit/credit cards can also be used through the invoice i send out fee applies. CAMBIOS DE HORARIO, RETRASOS Y CANCELACIONES: Si necesita cambiar la fecha de su cita, avise con al menos 24 horas de anticipación. Si pagó un depósito o un pago por adelantado, solo se le cobrará el monto del depósito y podrá usarlo una vez para reprogramar su próxima cita. Si cancela, perderá su depósito. RETRASOS: Tiene un margen de 15 minutos de cortesía si llega tarde el día de su cita. Si llega con más de 15 minutos de retraso,
se le cobrarán $25.00 y su cita se cancelará automáticamente. Se requerirá un depósito adicional para reservar otra cita. CANCELACIONES:
Si decide cancelar su cita el mismo día o el día anterior a la fecha programada,
perderá automáticamente su depósito. Esto se aplica a las cancelaciones realizadas por mensaje de texto, Facebook o a través del sitio web.
