Fresh off my visit to the with and I picked up a bottle of the newest offering - Ardbeg Dolce and got a little inspiration!

Ardbeg Dolce is inspired by the Italian cinema scene from the 60’s and is the classic Ardbeg profile tested in Sicilian Marsala wine casks to bring out some sweetness and citrus notes to mingle with the smoke and salt.

I’m calling this bad boy the Summer Haze

-1 oz blended scotch
- 1 oz Ardbeg Dolce (or another Isley scotch if you don’t have dolce)
- 1.25 oz pineapple juice
- .5 oz lime juice
- .5 oz simple syrup
- top with bubbles - I used club soda but a little prosecco would crush here too!

Sad state of affairs for going up for sale.
What started as a business centered on great beer, and focused on the supporters, turned into a fall from grace and an abandonment of its principles, to chase being like every other big beer brand on the shelves.

As a day one fan of them when the came to the us, i’ve seen the highs of agm and the opening of the hotel and the nanodog program at the criminally underappreciated franklinton bar, the equity punk events and bottle shares, and their excitement to bring that
energy to america, turned out to fizzle and day

Instead we got safer market friendly beers and a total
abandonment of their equity punk fan investors.

1.5 Ounces vodka
1 Ounce Cointreau
1 Ounce lemon juice
1 Ounce cranberry sauce syrup
1 Bar spoon (dram) of Allspice
Top with club soda
