What if work was the place we exhaled?
What if we normalized regulation, restoration, and repair?
Instead of stress and urgency.
Join us for a powerful and grounding session with ME! I am the Founder of K Hewitt Consulting, The Culture of You and Co-Founder of The Ohio REST Collective. This immersive experience will explore what’s possible when healing becomes centered, not peripheral, to organizational culture.
Through the lens of nervous system regulation, energetic awareness, and restorative practice, we’ll examine how cultivating a culture of healing fuels creativity, strengthens team trust, and fosters innovation rooted in wholeness, not urgency and productivity.
Healing in the workplace isn’t a luxury. It’s a strategy.
When we are allowed to heal at work, individually and collectively, our performance doesn’t just improve; it transforms. We begin responding instead of reacting. Creating instead of compensating. Connecting from a place of grounded presence rather than adaptive survival.
This session will offer space and tools for:
• Moving from Adaptive Strategies to Grounded Leadership
• Resting to inspire innovation, dreaming as a form of strategy
• Creating grounded cultures where people feel seen, supported, and safe
• Embodying resolve and repair through conflict-aware, heart-forward practice
• Regulating the individual and collective nervous system as a form of both personal sustainability and collective prevention
