Palate: Caramel, toffee, dark fruit, sweet oak, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, light nuttiness, syrupy texture.

Finish: Long, warm, oak spice, caramel, pepper, hint of tobacco/leather.

We filmed a review last night of High Wheat Rye Whiskey and OMG! I’m not a rye guy and this hands down is one of my favorite pours. Coming in at 120.8 proof 65% rye 35% wheat, this pour is packed full of flavor with tones of sweet tarts, baking spice, oak, To***co, with a beautiful medium finish. Finished off the Bar last night and celebrated with a pour of High Wheat. This 6 year 106 proof Bourbon is one of my favorites with notes of oak, leather and a vanilla crème brûlée with a nice finish!
