One of the quiet (but necessary) griefs of adulthood is realizing that some people aren’t going where you’re going. And as you shift away from them it’s okay to not feel 100%. Here are a few ideas on how to tackle that grief over time:

➡️ Look for people on a similar journey that will energize you!
