A common response from people when someone complains about service at a restaurant is something like "if you don't like it, stay home and cook your own food!"

Here is my response to one who said it to someone complaining about McDonald's.

A team member at McDonald's...says a lot. How about you give the customer what they ordered, accurately, in a timely manner, and without an attitude? Sure mistakes happen, some customers are rude, but if your solution is for customers to shut up, such it up, and accept what they get (even if wrong) or fix their own food, be careful whst you wish for. You won't have a job there if they do. And the restaurant or company will close, or invest in technology that is more accurate and efficient to keep expenses down, and get customers back.

Ironically, the person posted this on their own page.

"Well this sucks. Power went out !!!" Bizarro Bob wanted to comment "If you don't like how the power company takes care of power outages, buy a generator, use candlelight, or start your own power plant.
