The Cincinnati Police Department has charged a 45-year-old white male with disorderly conduct for starting a late-night brawl that caused racist national uproar.

The Rooster can report that white male is Alexander Tchervinski, who has been convicted in the past for assaulting a cab driver.

New video evidence shows Tchervinski was first to throw hands that night after yelling several racial slurs and boasting he could fight the while crowd.
