Just left this old girl in the store….she’s looking for her next home. I’m gonna miss this one. Something about it has my heart. It might be those sweet details along the bottom…..or it might be the sweat and hard work reviving the top. Either way, it’s a jewel and it’s ready for many more years of use.

This vintage Thomasville sofa table was literally a barn find. It was DIRTY and scuffed pretty bad but look how pretty it is with the old finish removed 😍 What do I want to do with it now 🤔 fresh cherry stain? Tan wash? Paint? Decisions decisions 🤷‍♀️

This beautiful set is in the store! Along with some new decor items.
This refreshed vintage bedroom set is solid wood and made by Athens Furniture Company of Tennessee. It has all new hardware. The color is Oyster by Heirloom Traditions. It’s a neutral taupe. The drawers are clean and slide like they should. Come shop awhile!

🎼🎤And just like that she’s back to loving life again 🎶 There are still a few finishing touches I’ll do before it’s ready for it’s new home. Is it perfect? Of course not. (I may or may not be a perfectionist 🫣) The new finish has a hint of the old character here and there but I’m so happy with how well it turned out ❤️

Almost there 😅Didn’t get to spend much time with this piece today but I did get something accomplished. I put gel stain on top of the Retique and it looks better than I ever thought it would. Not sure if I’ll get to work on it tomorrow but when I do go back, I’ll seal the top and put a second coat of paint on the body.
