Nursing is about critical thinking and if they tell you that Nursing does not require brain-work then that is what it is.

In case you do not have the passion or the critical thinking skills, please do not allow anyone sweet-talk you into going to the Nursing profession.

On today's episode, a nurse probably forgot her critical thinking skills at home "since Nursing did not need brain", she went to work and something happened which required critical thinking to solve the problem.

She left the patients and ran to the opposite direction, one person almost kpai the other.

Long story short, her contract was terminated. It's been more than 5 months and she is yet to secure another job.

Life has been generally tough for her.

Nursing is about critical thinking and more......

In the past few weeks, I have attended more than 3 seminars on how to write professional CVs and cover letter, job search and interview strategies.

One of the questions that arose during the presentations were, if one can use AI to generate a professional CV and the answers were NO.

One of the presenters (hiring manager) mentioned that they already have a way of detecting an AI generated CV or cover letter.

They encouraged the attendees to avoid using AI for their job CVs because that could be one of the reasons companies and organizations never got back to them despite their wealth of experiences in their various fields.
