Goodwill Southern Rivers is once again offering its Round Up Scholarship, designed to help students across their 50-county region close the financial gap between traditional aid and the real costs of education.

When shoppers choose to round up at checkout, those extra cents go directly toward supporting students with tuition, books, equipment, room & board, and more. Every contribution—big or small—makes a meaningful difference!

📚 Who Can Apply?
• Students enrolled in an accredited technical college, community college, or university for Spring 2026
• Must submit a 300–500 word personal essay
• Must sign a media release
• Willing to share your success story

Our Story

WXTX Fox54 is the primary Fox -affiliated television station for the Chattahoochee Valley of West Central Georgia and East Central Alabama. Licensed to Columbus, Georgia, it broadcasts a high definition digital signal on UHF channel 49 (or virtual channel 54 via PSIP) from a transmitter in the Vista Terrance section of South Columbus. The station can also be seen Mediacom and Knology channel 7 as well as Charter channel 8. There is a high definition feed seen on Charter digital channel 708, Mediacom digital channel 807, and Knology digital channel 905. THIS TV, our Digital Station, airs on channel 174- Charter Cable, 173-Knology Cable, and 82 on Media Com or pick us up over the air on 54.2. Owned by American Spirit Media LLC, WXTX is operated by Gray Television through a shared services agreement (SSA) as sister to ABC affiliate WTVM. The two share studios on Wynnton Road/SR 22 Spur in the Dinglewood section of Columbus.
