Meta and Facebook Facebook for Creators, what exactly is your AI moderation system doing when fake accounts are using legitimate creators organic content to post spam and irrelevant links?
I have even enabled Moderation Assist feature specifically to reduce this type of activity and keep my engagement focused on real people rather than suspicious or potentially automated accounts. I'm confident to say I didn't made a mistake.
Yet when these accounts appear across my posts and share irrelevant links, I block them and take moderation action myself. Instead of properly identifying and dealing with the accounts, your system appears to have associated that activity with my Page and my content, resulting in my Page being restricted from recommendations features.
That is a very serious problem of your Ai moderation technology.
I did not create those accounts.
I did not post those links.
I did not share that spam.
I did not use bots or automation to generate engagement.
So why is the legitimate creator being restricted while the accounts generating the suspicious activity remain on the platform?
I have personally use and take services from major tech companies like Google, Salesforce and linkedin but I never came across the problem because they have great human support despite using ai.
But at meta I didn't feel myself secure and have not seen a human agent that talk and act like human to review that issue.
Meta has said in the articles that it is investing heavily in Ai to detect spam, scams, fake identities, and other harmful activity. If that technology cannot reliably distinguish between the creator of original content and unrelated accounts spamming the creator's comment section, then the system needs significant improvement.
This is also not my first experience with an incorrect restriction. This is the second Page where I have faced a similar situation. In the previous case, after months of restriction, Meta eventually acknowledged that the Page had been incorrectly misunderstood by their technology and restored it.
At some point, creators and businesses need to be able to trust the enforcement system. If your Ai system believes I violated a policy, show me exactly what I did. Identify the content, activity, account, or behavior that triggered the restriction. I am completely willing to correct a genuine mistake.
But restricting an organic creator because third-party accounts are posting spam around their content is not a reasonable solution.
Meta, either improve the accuracy of these automated systems or provide creators with meaningful human review when Ai gets it wrong. Ai should assist moderation, not blindly punish the wrong account.
This is my second Page affected by what appears to be an automated enforcement mistake. If legitimate creators cannot reliably protect their Pages from being incorrectly penalized by the same systems designed to protect them, then you need to seriously reconsider how these systems are being trained, evaluated, and reviewed.
And if I am actually responsible for something, tell me what it is. Don't simply give me an automated decision and expect me to accept it. Or tell us so that we leave the Ai hallucinated bot platform forever and shfit and focus on my business with other platform, this is enough. This is not a mistake that I can accept but a blunder that your Ai moderation system are doing without a human review.
I'm sorry to post this, but hope you guys understand my situation, since I woke of yesterday, I see some restriction on my page which affect my page recommedation, and this is not the first time I see the same problem that their ai system are making, a couple of days ago they restored my other page and now restrict that page. I'll stop posting for a while, until I get a response since I've already submitted my appeal for review.
