Woke up to so many new leaves in the porch garden this morning 🌱✨ Had to snap a few pics and then I realized every last one of these I got from my local planty community 🥳

Idk when my begonia era started but I’m so glad that it did ✨🌸 I wish I could capture her deep red undertones in these snaps, but swipe for a video

She used to live in my greenhouse by transitioned SEAMLESSLY to ambient. An easy beginner begonia.

Happy from some of my imperfect babies living in lower humidity conditions ✨🌱

We all know anthuriums LOVE humidity but right now it’s just not feasible for them all to be in my high humidity setups. Here’s a few that I’ve acclimated with their less than perfect leaves:

- anthurium lost tag hybrid rehab from (I literally lost the tag the day I got it
- anthurium forgetii x [kos x aos] from
- anthurium hoffmannii x skg silver from ; was actually my first ever anthurium from them
- anthurium skg grey X besseae aff also from

🪴anthurium lost tag in pon mix from . everyone else in chunky coco based mix with moss collars
💦chunky mix anthuriums watered about every 5 days from bottom watering, using pon tray that the plants sit in. lost tag anthurium is watered when she’s dry
💡14 hrs under .lighting t5 grow lights and north faving window
🌡️humidity at about 65% - 45% sitting out in the open on my shelf

Acclimating anthuriums will definitely give you some crispy leaves lol but overall new leaves are looking good.

Decided to check on my plants as I was heading to the gym this morning, and this beautiful new leaf caught my eye✨🌱 it’s not fully hardened yet but look at the contrast between both leaves 🔥
