Services have been announced for Luke and Brayden Swinyard, the teenage brothers whose lives were tragically cut short during a domestic incident in Harris County on November 17, 2025.
A rosary ceremony will be held in Columbus as family, friends, and the community prepare to lay the brothers to rest this week.
Luke Swinyard, born February 17, 2009, in Columbus, GA, was a junior at Harris County High School. His obituary describes him as a passionate fan of video games, soccer, The Walking Dead, Attack on Titan, and someone who loved experimenting in the kitchen — proudly known as a “foodie.”
His younger brother, Brayden Swinyard, born December 2, 2010, also in Columbus, attended Harris County Carver Middle School. A devoted theater student, he had recently performed in a school play and was thrilled about his role. Brayden also enjoyed Parkour and scary movies, according to his obituary.
The community continues to rally around the family as they honor the boys’ memories.
