This past week, Team BTP had the distinct pleasure of returning to Athens to provide top-notch audio, video, and streaming services for the Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine White Coat Ceremony!

Thank you to our friends for trusting us to handle the audio and video for their LinkUS Supplier Summit at the National Veterans Memorial Museum this week!

Bell Tree Productions was proud to help bring Martinis & Magic 2025 to life this past Saturday at CoverMyMeds. It was a night full of unforgettable moments, world-class magic, craft cocktails, live music, and stories that reminded us why we do what we do.
 
From the mind-bending performances to the incredible energy in the room, this event had it all. But the heart of the night was the mission: supporting A Kid Again and the amazing families they serve. We’re honored to have played a part in creating an experience that brings joy and hope where it’s needed most.

Prom night is a big deal, and we were honored to help make it unforgettable for the students at Olentangy High School. Our team came up with a simple but beautiful lighting and draping design that totally transformed the space. It was amazing to see it all come together and even better to see the students enjoying it.

This past weekend, we had an incredible time at the Ohio University 2025 Music Industry Summit! This one always feels like coming home. Peter, Sam, Heather, and Ian all got their start at OU, and we love getting back to Athens to connect with the next generation of music industry pros.

Sam and Peter have been involved with the Summit since day one in 2018, so it was great to be back this year. We had some awesome conversations with musicians, producers, and entrepreneurs who are making moves. Many thanks to Shure for teaming up with us to offer attendees discounts on some top-tier microphones.
