Our team was responsible for providing the audio, video, and lighting for this prestigious fundraiser, working behind the scenes to ensure a smooth run of show and a seamless viewing and listening experience for everyone in attendance.

We can't wait to be back at Eagle's Nest Sporting Grounds this weekend supporting Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Ohio for their 2025 Sporting Clays Charity Tournament!

We will be on-site all day with the team fulfilling our duties as the official AV provider for RMHC's 2025 event calendar!

This past week, Team BTP had the distinct pleasure of returning to Athens to provide top-notch audio, video, and streaming services for the Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine White Coat Ceremony!

Congratulations to all of the students recognized for taking this important step forward in your healthcare profession journey!

And thank you to all of the wonderful staff at OU, as always, for making us feel at home in your space. Your team is dedicated to creating memorable experiences for your students and their families, and we always look forward to helping bring your visions to life (and grabbing lunch at while we're at it).

Bell Tree Productions was proud to help bring Martinis & Magic 2025 to life this past Saturday at CoverMyMeds. It was a night full of unforgettable moments, world-class magic, craft cocktails, live music, and stories that reminded us why we do what we do.
 
From the mind-bending performances to the incredible energy in the room, this event had it all. But the heart of the night was the mission: supporting A Kid Again and the amazing families they serve. We’re honored to have played a part in creating an experience that brings joy and hope where it’s needed most.

Prom night is a big deal, and we were honored to help make it unforgettable for the students at Olentangy High School. Our team came up with a simple but beautiful lighting and draping design that totally transformed the space. It was amazing to see it all come together and even better to see the students enjoying it.
