Nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Columbus, NC – halfway between Asheville and Spartanburg, Red Door Recording is a 400 sq ft recording studio that specializes in capturing pristine sounds for the acoustic musician as well as all types of vocal recording from voiceover to opera. ir of vintage AKG C414EB mics, Blue Kiwi mic, Presonus ADL600, A-Designs P-1 and Focusrite ISA preamps. Top local studio musicians are available to help you realize your full potential. We also do multi-track remote recording to faithfully capture live performances from church choirs to rock bands. We know from experience how difficult it is to make a living as a musician and to that end we have set our price at a low $40.00/hr. Our mission is to make it possible for the working musician to be able to record his or her music and leave the studio with a great demo or full CD without breaking the bank!
