TOPIC: Product Alert – Dialed In Blood Orange Gummies – Focus 1:1:1 THCV
Package may be mislabeled with an incorrect cannabinoid content.
TYPE: Product Alert: A product alert provides notice about a product issue that does not reasonably constitute a health hazard.
ISSUE: The Division of Cannabis Control (DCC) is issuing a product alert on one lot of gummies produced by the processor Sun Theory Ohio, LLC, license # CCP000065-00 dba Dialed In Gummies.
This is not a product recall. There is a labeling discrepancy that may be misleading to consumers about the cannabinoid profile of the product. The product label states that there is 100 mg of CBN and 100 mg of CBD in the package. The actual product contains 100 mg THCV and 100 mg of CBC; the product does not contain CBN or CBD.
The DCC will provide any updates as necessary on this product alert.
