Celebrate Columbus Let's Celebrate Columbus together!

Celebrate Columbus is a project started by a guy who was trying to emotionally heal while helping his wife get physically healthy. It's now turned into a movement meant to celebrate the city of Columbus, connect people to local businesses, and contribute to non-profits serving our community.

🎥 Celebrate Columbus Feature: Red Bridge Media

This week, I sat down with Dustin Lowman, the creative mind behind Red Bridge Media, to talk about how he went from shooting videos on an old-school handheld camera to producing short films, documentaries, and powerful video campaigns for small businesses and nonprofits across our community.

If you’ve ever watched a video I’ve been part of, there’s a good chance Dustin had a hand in it. He’s taught me everything I know about videography — and he’s one of my closest friends. His passion for storytelling and his commitment to helping others share their message have made a real impact here in Columbus.

Proud to highlight the work he’s doing and the stories he’s helping bring to life.

Special thanks to Yes Cinema & Conference Center for allowing us to shoot this video in their awesome theater.

Celebrate Columbus Feature: Little Local Life

This week, I had the chance to sit down with Taylor Burdekin, the founder of Little Local Life, to talk about how one woman’s story of resilience has turned into a movement of positivity across Columbus.
After battling cancer, Taylor made it her mission to highlight the everyday good happening in our community — small businesses doing big things, local events bringing people together, and the neighbors who make this place feel like home.

Her recent win at the Ignite Columbus event shows just how much this message is resonating right now.

If you haven’t followed Little Local Life yet, now is the time. There is so much good happening here — and Taylor is making sure we don’t miss it.

Let’s keep lifting up the stories that make Columbus special. 💛

I've always looked up to Dr. Mandy Wyant as a person and as a business owner of Family Chiropractic and Wellness. On this episode, we talk about how her office has a philanthropy each year that they support, why it's important to give back to the community we live in, and how we can all do something like it ourselves.

This episode is one of the reasons we're calling it Celebrate Columbus 2.0. It's about learning from someone who is making Columbus a better place in some way and then applying it in our lives.
