Founded in February 2003 this grass-roots, Columbus based company found its niche as the newspaper and media organization known for reporting on the positive aspects of the urban community. Urban Trendsetters Media, LLC has become a major media source for diversity outreach in Ohio. Urban Trendsetters is the urban media sponsor for events throughout Ohio including The Ohio State Fair, Macy’s Music Festival, The Arnold’s Classic, The Women’s Expo, The Columbus and Dayton Juneteenth Festival, The Dayton African American Festival, The African American Male Health Walk and many others. UTS has served as the minority and diversity media and outreach coordinator for campaigns on construction projects throughout Columbus that include The Columbus Hollywood Casino, a Penn National Gaming Company and The Franklin County Convention Facilities (The Greater Columbus Convention Center) a Hilton Worldwide partnership, the Google Ohio Outreach Campaign as well as the 200Columbus Anniversary Campaign, Verizon/Blackberry, The 2013 Black Enterprise Conference and Expo and more!
