Thin Lace Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Recipe:

3 cups old fashioned oats
1 cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

Whisk

2 sticks unsalted melted brown butter
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar

Cream together

Add 2 eggs then mix

1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup water

Mix. Then slowly incorporate into dry ingredients.
Add desired amount of raisins!
Put dough in freezer for a few short minutes to firm up.

Bake in 350° for 8-10 mins
Make sure to scoop these small!
