Hey, everyone! We would like to give you guys the heads up that Electric Perception will be going on hiatus. With that being said, any future engagements that we have made as a publication will still be fulfilled. We will be taking some time away from EP to focus on other things, at least for now. We hope you guys have had a wonderful and safe weekend. We hope to see you guys out there continuing to support music, local and national.

Here’s one for the mothers who have lost a child. This song is particularly true to the feeling a mother can have, longing to put themselves in their child’s place so that their child is not suffering or gone from this world. A mother’s love can be one of the most beautiful and painful forms of output of expression to their offspring.

I will be doing a series of posts today that represent the many ways that we each will be celebrating or mourning our mothers on this day. Here’s one for those of you whose mothers are no longer here.
Also, I will be doing a similar series of posts on Father’s Day. Have a wonderful day, all.
If you are unable to celebrate with your mothers today, I wish you all a day that you can celebrate today in your own special way, whether that be remembering your mother, finding a sense of peace to help move forward from a strained relationship with your mother or child, celebrating at a different time due to not living close enough, having been able to do so before today, or whatever brings you positive vibes.
