Abbie Powell of Southern Wells just committed to Ohio State volleyball. The Class of 2028 middle blocker led the state of Indiana in hitting percentage last fall, earned national recognition on the JVA Watch List, and is described by Prep Dig as one of the most athletic middles in any class. Her mother Whitney is a Munciana coach and former two-time national champion. The standard has always been high in the Powell household. Ohio State just became the next chapter. Westfield's Brooke Neale committed to South Carolina volleyball — making her one of the first pure liberos in the Class of 2028 to land a Power Four commitment. 🏈 The Hoosier Shootout field is taking shape.

Programs from across Indiana have already committed to compete on June 27 at Indiana Wesleyan University for one of the state's premier summer 7on7 events.

With Varsity, JV, and Girls Flag divisions, the competition is set to be loaded from top to bottom.

Spots are limited and registration is filling quickly. Last day to register is June 20th.

Two of Indiana's top Class of 2028 volleyball players announced their college commitments this week. Yorktown libero Chloe Ritchie — a JVA All-National Team selection — is headed to Louisville. Carroll libero Cala Haffner — the No. 1 ranked player in Indiana's 2028 class and a two-time state champion — is headed to Texas. We broke down what both players bring and why both programs won.

Indiana Preps will host teams from around the state on June 27th at Indiana Wesleyan University for a full day of competition, exposure, and high-level football.

🏆 CLASS 2A STATE CHAMPIONS 🏆

The final softball state championship of the weekend belongs to Tecumseh.

The Braves took down Western Boone 7-2 to capture the 2026 IHSAA Class 2A State Championship and close out an unforgettable state finals weekend.

From the first pitch to the final out, Tecumseh delivered when it mattered most and finished the season on top.

Congratulations to the Braves on a championship season. 🥎👏

🏆 STATE CHAMPS.

Barr-Reeve leaves no doubt in the Class 1A State Championship, shutting out South Central 6-0 to bring another state title back to Montgomery.

The Vikings delivered on the biggest stage and capped off an incredible postseason run with a dominant performance in Indianapolis.

Congratulations to Barr-Reeve on a championship season. 👏
