This past Sunday, I had the honor of capturing free headshots for the incredible women attending the Paint it Pink fundraiser for Habitat for Humanity. It was such a beautiful event, filled with inspiration, community, and women supporting women. 💕

Seeing these amazing ladies step in front of my camera—some nervous, some excited, but all deserving of a moment to shine—reminded me why I love what I do. A great headshot isn’t just a photo; it’s confidence, empowerment, and a reflection of the incredible person behind it. ✨

A huge thank you to Habitat for Humanity of Columbus, NE for putting on such a meaningful event, and to everyone who stopped by to get their headshot taken! 💕

Today is Ash Wednesday, the beginning of Lent—a season of reflection, renewal, and realignment with God’s purpose for our lives. It’s a time to quiet the distractions, refocus our hearts, and surrender the things that keep us from fully embracing who He created us to be.

Much like designing a brand or building a website, our faith journey requires intention. We have to clear out the clutter, refine our foundation, and let the light shine through. Lent is an invitation to do just that—to step back, let go, and allow God to shape something beautiful in us.

As we begin this season, I pray that we find clarity, purpose, and the courage to trust the process. Let’s embrace the work He is doing in us and walk confidently in the calling He has placed on our hearts.

If you’ve been following my journey, you know I’ve switched names and paths a few times—searching for something that truly aligned with my heart and purpose. After pushing myself to step out of my comfort zone, overcoming doubt, and leaning into what excites me, I’m finally here. Mission Design Co.. It isn’t just a business—it’s a way to help women entrepreneurs step confidently into their calling with a brand and website that reflects their God-given purpose.

I can’t wait to see where this journey takes me and the impact I can make in the lives of women just like you. Thank you for being here—your support means the world! 💛

Last nights sunset was too good to pass up 🙏🏻❤️ Peep the shoes…. I am so proud of this young man’s unwavering faith and I’m so blessed God chose me to be his Mom ❤️
